One of Lincolnshire most prestigious commercial law firms is looking to make a senior appointment to their agricultural property team.

The successful candidate will be joining a team with a top rate reputation in dealing with a wide range of agricultural property matters as part of one of the strongest and largest specialist teams in the Lincolnshire area.

The team works on a wide range of agricultural matters including Sale/Purchases of agricultural property or land, Agricultural tenancies, Easements, licences, sporting rights, renewables, environmental, property finance and corporate support.

You will be an experienced agricultural property lawyer with a minimum of 5 years experience of dealing with agricultural property matters. The firm envisages hiring someone at a senior level for this position . Depending on experience and background this could be at senior associate level with a realistic path to partnership over ti me or alternatively a partner level hire.

The firm is seen to be one of the strongest specialist departments in the Lincolnshire area and so the team is regularly instructed to advise on high value and big ticket work.

You can expect to receive a good salary which will be dependent on your experience but will be at the top end of market rate for the area and as part of a good overall package within a firm with a top rate reputation for how they reward their staff
