Job Details
We are seeking an senior employment lawyer on behalf of our client, a publishing and events company in central London. Reporting to the General Counsel and HR, the successful candidate will be providing provide good counsel, guidance and support on a broad range of employment law matters across EMEA and the wider group.
You will be working on a broad range of employment matters including transaction support, multiple jurisdiction and EMEA general advice, advice to HR in Amsterdam, Turkey and all other business employment issues. You will also be providing proactive legal services to support the Group and EMEA businesses of the Divisions including advising on general employment law queries, contractual issues, disposals and acquisitions, outsourcings, restructuring and harmonisation exercises, employment litigation, restrictive covenants, day-to-day ER issues such as grievance and disciplinary matters, drafting and implementing appropriate precedents, policies and processes.
The successful candidate will have at least six years of post-qualification experience with a proven technical knowledge, the individual will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to deal effectively with people at all levels within the business.
