Job Details
A leading US law firm is seeking a junior Corporate Lawyer for its London team.
The Corporate practice carries out a broad range of international Corporate transactions including: public and private acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers and joint ventures, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory matters.
The firm are ideally looking for a lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE but will look outside of this range for exceptional candidates.
The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer having trained and qualified at a leading firm in London. They will have excellent academics with a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level.
The firm pay top US rates and offer an excellent benefits package.
