Douglas Scott have partnered with a Global Technology company just outside of London as they are recruiting a Senior Solicitor to assist them with the German arm of their business.

The Senior Solicitor /Legal Counsel will join the growing Global legal team of a market leading pioneer in the technology sector.

The in-house legal team is at the very core of our client's success. Most recently, our client has pursued an aggressive growth strategy across Europe and specifically targeted Germany as prime developing market.

As such, our client needs an experienced technology Senior Solicitor/ Legal counsel, who is comfortable working with both written and spoken German.

The successful legal counsel with work on a wide and varied array of innovative projects, with primary duties including the negotiating, reviewing and drafting of critical commercial contracts including:

* Customer Agreements
* Partner Agreements
* Vendor Agreements
* Non-Disclosure Agreements
* Software Licensing Agreements
* Marketing agreements
