My client has one of the largest Corporate Finance team in Hong Kong and is currently recruiting for several Capital Markets Associates to join their practice in Hong Kong.
Leveraging on the firm's leading banking and corporate practices in Hong Kong, the team is at the forefront of advising on both domestic and international capital markets matters, providing full range of equity-related transactions including, but not limited to, IPOs, secondary offerings, issuance of convertible and exchangeable bonds.
HK IPO experience is highly preferred but my client is open to relocate candidates with relevant experience and have a strong commitment to develop their legal career in Hong Kong.
