Commercial IP and IT Solicitor

Your new company

This firm are one of the UK's leading Intellectual and Information Technology practices and are currently seeking a Solicitor to join their dynamic Intellectual Property and Information Technology team, in their Exeter office.

Your work will consist of a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious IP & IT issues for clients nationally and internationally, working with colleagues across their offices. You will be a qualified Lawyer with experience of working in either Intellectual Property, Information Technology or Commercial practice and drafting, advice as well as negotiation. Ideally you will have experience of Contentious IP and/or an interest in technology, trade mark, design and copyright knowledge. You will be confident in running your own caseload under supervision and assisting colleagues, whilst possessing excellent communication skills.
