Securitisation Paralegal

Our client, a prestigious law firm, seeks a Securitisation Paralegal to join their team in Colchester, Essex. Their clients range from some of the world's largest multinational corporations to private individuals, charities, Registered Providers and Regulators and they are currently one of the UK's leading full service law firms. The successful candidate will be part of a team who deal with deeds of variation work. The role will be suited to someone who has this experience and in drafting amendments to legal documents.

Applicants should have strong academics including a minimum 2:1 or equivalent in an undergraduate degree and ideally to be completing or to have completed their LPC.

Interested candidates will have a client focused manner, a methodical approach and should be ambitious and looking to make an impression on the team. Experience of drafting amendments such as Section 106 and of varying Land Registry titles and mortgagee clauses - essential.
