Job Details
This leading real estate investment manager has a vacancy within its small Legal Department for a lawyer with 6-8 years’ PQE to take on a broad-based role with elements of joint ventures, corporate structure real estate transactions, fund launches, real estate financing and development transactions. Additionally, as part of a team handling all legal matters flowing from the activities of the EMEA business, you will be involved in more general commercial aspects of the business as well as in the strategic build-out presently underway.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be a key point-person for transactions, building relationships with the business and providing advice on transaction, participating in negotiations and managing external counsel input. The business is undergoing a significant expansion so your brief is likely to broaden out over time and the department is growing. Administrative support is on offer from a Paralegal and a small near-shore support function.
