The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Family Partner into their office in Bury St Edmunds

You will be responsible for building your own client base in the region; therefore, you must be client facing and business development focused to increase their Family offering throughout the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia region, working closely with the other offices.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of contentious and non-contentious private Family matters including: Divorce, Financial Disputes, Children, Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements, Civil Partnerships and Injunctions

If you are an experienced Senior Associate or Partner seeking the opportunity to build your team from the ground up - this firm will work with you closely to facilitate this offering full support to ensure the future success of your team.

The team are spectacular at what they do, so benefit from referrals and work of mouth and you will be given full support to service your own client base should you be able to bring this with you

Requirements

  • You will be a Family Partner with at least 8 years PQE +
  • Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
  • You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and client base -you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
