Legal Counsel (Commercial / M&A / IP) - Singapore

Role:

•  A specific focus digital media business and to assist in other initiatives of the group when necessary.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, alongside M&A and IP matters.
• Providing legal, regulatory and strategic advice to the media business.
• Assisting the Senior Group Legal counsel.
• This is a real exciting opportunity to get involved with great progression opportunities, with the media arm of a multinational TMT.

Requirements:

•          6 - 8 PQE.
•          Solid legal knowledge and experience in supporting a TMT business.
•          People oriented, self-driven and able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels incl. across the group.
• English, Mandarin & Cantonese (Preferred) 

This legal advisory role will aid this media business unit and senior management team in relation to their fast-growing regional digital media business. 

I feel this role will provide an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to take ownership in assisting and advising the digital media business, working closely with the senior members of the team.
