One of Ireland's premier law firms is recruiting for a bright and ambitious corporate associate (NQ-4 PQE), interested in relocating to Dublin.
The firm is ranked tier 1 for corporate work and has a very strong reputation in the market. Alongside top quality work, a smart office environment, friendly culture and close-knit team environment is on offer. The firm has invested heavily in technology and the IT facilities are second to none.
The market leading team act for clients on mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, re-organisations, private equity matters, venture capital matters and commercial contracts and agreements. It is the largest group in the firm and advises on highly complex and innovative transactions. They cover both international and domestic work and have been involved in most of the large Irish M&A transactions in recent years.
Ireland is set to become an even more important legal hub following Brexit. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of this new legal landscape. Dublin has a lot to offer as a vibrant, cosmopolitan city. Working hours are generally more reasonable than those in London, as is the average commute time - with many people living within walking distance to work.

To apply, you must be a UK/Irish qualified lawyer (soon-to-be qualified lawyer) with up to 4 years of corporate experience from a top tier law firm. Excellent academics are a must, as are strong interpersonal skills.
