Investment Funds Associate needed in Cayman Islands

Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a physical presence in multiple jurisdictions.  As part of a sustained expansion programme a new position has been created in its market leading funds practice.

You will join and energetic and friendly team advising companies, investment managers, investment advisers, prime brokers and boutique investment houses on the establishment of duns of all structures and strategies, fund related mergers and acquisitions, listings, workouts and repackagings.

Ideally you will have a strong academic track record and no less than 2 years relevant experience gained with reputable city or regional firms.  Candidates with in house experience are also encouraged to apply.  Our client is looking for someone with strong technical and interpersonal skills and who has the ability to apply the law in a commercially viable way.
