OVERVIEW
Following significant growth and further projected growth, our client, a global law firm are seeking a dynamic and ambitious newly qualified Real Estate Lawyer to join them at their prestigious offices in the heart of Manchester. With top tier rankings in Chambers, and Legal 500 and multiple awards to their name this is a monumental opportunity to join a firm that is renown for delivering quality, service excellence and value to their clients.
THE ROLE
As an associate in this firms real estate division you will become an integral part of a thriving practise, comprising a mix of elite associates, partners and fee-earners. You will undertake an array of duties including but not limited to;
- Drafting of documents;
- Advising on the relevant real estate law and regulations;
- Landlord and tenant acquisitions and disposals;
- Renewal and termination of leases and similar matters;
- Transfer of equity
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic qualified solicitor who has gained at least six months real estate experience during their training contract. You will possess an excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree as well as excellent communication, client relations, and team-working skills. The ability to work flexibly to tight deadlines within our fast moving environment.
