THE ROLE

Our client provides a comprehensive range of construction law solutions across the wide spectrum of projects undertaken in the construction industry.

Clients include: -

• private and public institutions;
• property owners;
• developers;
• funders;
• contractors;
• specialist sub-contractors;
• suppliers and;
• construction/design consultants.

Our client is involved with projects from the outset and work with clients to shape their procurement and contracting strategies, in turn negotiating and drafting all types of construction documentation.

Experience of procurement and contracting strategies, funding and financing agreements, contract tendering, frameworks and security documentation, including advance payment bonds, is essential.

THE CANDIDATE

Our client is looking for a senior associate with at least 5pqe to join their construction team in their London office. The ideal candidate will have previously worked at a large firm with an established construction team.

You must also be a team player and able to build strong client relationships. The team is engaged to advise on live projects, so in order to help avoid disputes and shape commercial negotiations and deals, someone with non-contentious experience is desired.
