Litigation Lender Services Team Leader - Manchester

You will be an experienced operational team lead in a consumer credit collections and recoveries team in order to apply for this role.

This leading firm has a fantastic reputation across a range of areas of law including Consumer Credit Act Collections and Recoveries.

This leading team now seek someone to manage the operations of a large team including providing strong supervisory support to junior members of the team including assistance in prioritising work and sharing appropriate legal knowledge.

You will also need to fully understand the regulatory environment in which the team operates including relevant compliance policies and to apply them operationally. This will also include compliance policy document reviews with finance litigation team policy owners.
You will also pick up the more complex legal work in the team and be the go to person for queries.
