We are currently looking for a Resourcer to join our Associate desk. As an integral member of the team you will be responsible for generating leads, headhunting and qualifying candidates.

Through a combination of training and on-the-job development, your confidence will grow as you establish a strong understanding of the recruitment processes required in order to maximise your potential and enter the next phase of your career.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge of recruitment and/or background in law
• Self-motivators with high energy levels, excellent communication skills  and an inquisitive nature     
• Intrinsically determined with a desire to succeed
• Entrepreneurial DNA – we want you to progress in the business
