Job Details
Our client as a US headquartered, innovative technology company based in central London. Following recent expansion, they are seeking a junior/mid-level commercial lawyer to join them on a permanent basis. The role will predominantly involve drafting and negotiating technology focussed commercial contracts. You will also be tasked with advising clients on intellectual property issues including cyber security and various associated regulatory matters.
To be considered for this role, you must be a minimum of 2PQE, be UK qualified and you will have received top city law firm training. Candidates from private practice or in-house roles are all encouraged to apply.
