£45,000 ++ DOE
One of the South East's top firms is looking for a Dispute Resolution Associate to join their Tunbridge Wells office.
Our client is a renowned firm and led by an impressive senior team. You will be working on a wide range of contentious commercial work including:
- Disputes between trading businesses
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Disputes arising after the sale of a business
- Disputes over the ownership of intellectual property
- Property disputes (between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants)
- Corporate defamation
- Challenges to the decisions of public bodies
The work is high quality and complex, with good breadth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE within a top quality commercial litigation team and a proven track record of dealing with a mix range of commercial litigation work such as shareholder disputes, technology disputes, re-structuring and insolvency.
