The Role
They are seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their exceptional team and office in Exeter.
The Corporate team houses several highly-rated Lawyers and is consistently ranked in the Top Tier for corporate finance in the South West in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guides to the legal profession.
The team is responsible for a wide range of transactions both contentious and non-contentious. You will be responsible for providing tax support across the firm but primarily corporate finance support, assistance with acquisition and mergers, HMRC investigations and advice on investments. This team also deals with share and employee incentives.
