Exciting role for a senior litigation associate between 6- 9 pqe to handle a varied caseload, acting for a range of clients operating in particular in the music industry and talent and across the entertainment world. 

The team, at this impressive and highly rated boutique, covers disputes as diverse as streaming issues, concert disputes, audits and issues related to artists’ careers in the music industry.  The other expertise in the team is in the area of sport – handling regulatory issues and general commercial litigation, in football, athletics, boxing and Formula One.

The firm do not require the incoming lawyer to have handled disputes in these sectors.  Far more important is an excellent training and pedigree as a commercial litigator, the experience of handling cases with minimal supervision and the enthusiasm and interest in working in the media, entertainment and sports sectors.  The full support of the partners will be given to assist you in the transition. 

The firm do not have set billing targets or hours, finding a collegiate approach and team environment produce better results for all.   Excellent prospects exist as the firm have a strong desire for the incoming recruit to join the partnership in the short term and to stay with the firm for the long term.  Ideally you will be looking for a final career move.
