The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Senior Associate / Partner into the London City centre office.

You will lead the department, working with the other Partners to drive this team forwards. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department.

The department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers and is multi-award winning.

The caseload and client base are broad, the variety will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work.

Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • Excellent client care skills are essential
  • Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
