Your new firm
An excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer has arisen to join our clients thriving Residential Property team; this is a newly created role so there is plenty of scope for development. You will continue to grow this firm's presence in the High Net Worth Conveyancing Market. Client contact is key, and you will enjoy building and developing relationships from the offset. Our client are keen to speak with entrepreneurial individuals who are seeking an opportunity with lots of autonomy and scope to develop their ideas.
Your new role
You will be technically competent and able to run your own cases on a range of work to include freehold, leasehold and new build. You will also need to have the gravitas and confidence to work with High Net worth clients and network with key clients as well as work well with the broader business. You will be an experienced Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor, with the ability to work autonomously and run your own files with minimal support; you will be looking to reach Associate level or will already be an Associate. With excellent communication skills, you will be an energetic and focused individual with a drive to further your career.
