Conveyancing Manager / Solicitor

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor, or experienced Legal Executive, to join an established national housebuilder as In-house Conveyancing Manager / Solicitor. This is a brand new role in Warrington, Cheshire.

Our client is a national property company and housebuilder. It builds and completes on thousands of residential properties each year and is constantly acquiring, developing and selling new sites.

Role:

To support the company with the development and sale of homes in its Northern region, our client seeks to establish a dedicated Northern Legal Team in Warrington, Cheshire to support and advise the business.

A critical role in this new legal team is the position of Conveyancing Manager / Solicitor. Reporting into the Legal Manager - themselves a property development and site acquisition solicitor, the Conveyancing Manager / Solicitor will have responsibility for site setup, general conveyancing and plot sales matters, as well as day to day management and supervision of the conveyancing and plot sales team.

About you:

Individuals applying for the position of Conveyancing Manager / Solicitor should be a qualified solicitor (or an experienced Legal Executive) with experience working for housebuilder clients. You will ideally have existing site setup experience, and you should be capable of managing a small team of plot sales and general conveyancing paralegals.
