JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ year
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
THE ROLE:
As a residential conveyancer you will be joining a wider conveyancing team and will have sole responsibility for the management of your own caseload, seeing cases through from inception to completion. You can expect to be undertaking the full range of residential conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, leases and shared ownerships. You will be expected to build your own network of relevant refers and utilise this to contribute to the residential conveyancing team's growth and success. The firm prides itself on building lasting relationships with clients and have an excellent reputation in the communities it serves. THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for talented residential conveyancer with at least a years PQE. Our client is open to applications from solicitors, legal executives and non-qualified fee earners that have a good understanding of the conveyancing process and are capable of handling their own matters. Candidates must have excellent technical abilities with the intuition to work efficiently with minimal partner supervision. We expect candidates to be apt at building strong and effective working relationships with both clients and colleagues and to have a demonstrable desire to deliver a first class residential conveyancing service.
