Due to significant growth and further projected growth, our client, a top tier global law firm with a Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked Private Capital Group has a monumental opportunity for a Senior Private Capital Lawyer to join their award winning team in Manchester. THE ROLE
As Senior Private Capital Lawyer at this firm you will be working alongside some of the most highly ranked partners, associates and fee-earners in the industry. You will undertake a broad spectrum of complex and stretching work on behalf of stellar client base consisting of high net work clients including FTSE100 companies and other major and household name. As a senior member of the team you will play a role in helping the team develop and build relationships with new and existing clients through business development initiatives. In return you will be presented with the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and advance further in your career through the firms bespoke Learning and Development programme.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a proactive and innovative STEP qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6 years' PQE. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing clients with complex assets such as business property, overseas assets and private company share holdings aswell as an in-depth expertise in complex trusts, tax and wills and probate matters. A strong academic track record and excellent communication, organisation and legal technical skills are essential.
