Senior Paralegal Data Privacy - Fintech

A growing payments business in central London is looking for a Privacy Senior Paralegal with a solid experience in Data Protection to join their legal team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. This role has potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the bellow skills and experiences:

• Prior experience working on a GDPR remediation project
• Expertise in and track record dealing with UK data protection regime, EU Data Protection Directive, e-Privacy Directive and other privacy and data regulatory frameworks
• Solid knowledge of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements

To be considered for this position you will ideally have 2 years + experience working in a similar capacity with a focus on data privacy. You will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding data protection frameworks. You will be a self-starter, proactive with a commercial approach.
