JUNIOR CORPORATE ROLE US FIRM: experience re MENA is preferred but certainly not a bar to applications. You will UK or US trained, above NQ+ PQE and be motivated to quickly move up the ladder and ambitious enough to be knocking on the door 'up the chain' and eventually for partnership in the medium to long term.  You will be able to hit the ground running and, with said finance experience a given, be able and confident in advising regional and international clients as well as working well within a team.managing corporate finance / finance transactions with ease from 'inception to end' is key at this US giant and will form the majority of your work; as will having a solid understanding of M&A law including inter alia the drafting of corporate agreements (US, UK and UAE) and other related documents.
