This highly respected events and knowledge engagement business is a leader in its field and now has a need for an employment lawyer to join the business in a newly created role.
The business has been in a state of change and pace and as a result, an employment lawyer is required to assist with a wide range of matters including TUPE, policies and procedures, grievance and disciplinary matters and well as drafting and implementing appropriate precedents.
This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to join a leading business in a new role for the legal team. Broad employment experience ideally gained with a City law firm is key, with and in-house experience being highly regarded. You will also need to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and the ability to operate in a professional environment with tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work with people across the business and as a result, strong interpersonal skills are also required.
