The role

The firm are seeking to hire an Intellectual Property Senior Associate / Partner with at least 8 years PQE into their growing and long-established St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

You will lead the intellectual property department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.
This award-winning team, legal 500 ranked department has been growing in recent years. You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Trademark protection and enforcement, advertising, copyright, data protection and contractual issues.

You will deal with a diverse range of work acting as a one stop shop for all things IP.
This role comes with excellent prospects, you will be joining a busy and growing team.

Requirements

  • You will be an Intellectual Property Lawyer with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
