The Role
This highly regarded regional firm are seeking a new Commercial Property Solicitor 2 years + PQE to join their office in Shrewsbury.
You will work as part of a highly-experienced team, many of the Lawyers within the department have come from top regional heavyweight practices. You find that there is a broad and very high-quality caseload; the work will include; Landlord & Tenant, Commercial Leases, Development, Acquisitions and disposals, and Investment.
The Requirements
- Commercial Property Solicitor with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
- Broad Commercial Property experience (although if you are stronger in certain areas than others, I would still urge you to apply)
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and bonus structure
