A superb opportunity to join an illustrious fund manager here in London.
Reporting directly into the Global General Counsel, this is an excellent role for a lawyer currently within a successful fund formation practice group, or in-house lawyer looking to move into a role with an AIFM that is continuing to enjoy an upward trajectory. Offering a role with both autonomy and support in equal measures, the lawyer that lands this role will be well placed in the investment management sector.
Your day to day will include (but not be limited to) fund establishment and restructuring, drafting policies and establishing and maintaining processes around new regulation, separate accounts and credit.
