M&A/Private Equity Associate (5-7PQE) - Singapore

We are instructed by the Singapore office of a Magic Circle firm to locate a talented corporate associate for their expanding team. Offering high quality work and immediate responsibility the successful candidate will work closely with lead Partners, taking immediate responsibility client matters. 

Advising on the full spectrum of corporate transactions, spanning mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, fund raisings, takeovers, joint ventures and shareholder governance arrangements, the team acts for a variety of clients with a focus on advising private equity sponsors, other financial investors (including pension and infrastructure funds) and multinational companies.

It is expected that the successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified (strong AUS/NZ lawyers will also be considered) and have gained your experience to date with a top tier corporate practice in London. With  between 5-7yrs PQE you will have exposure to a range of cross-border PE/M&A deals spanning a range of sectors, ideally to include energy & infrastructure and technology transactions.  Those with some additional regional experience would be of interest, but this is not deemed essential.
