Their team advise across a broad range of sectors within the industry including transport, infrastructure, energy and real estate. You will be working on complex and very high-value disputes, both international and domestic, as well as advising on discrete legal issues. Applicants will need to have experience and knowledge of all the major standard forms of contract, such as JCT, NEC and FIDIC, as well as all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and expert determination.
