Description

As Interim Company Secretary, you will influence at the most senior level of the organisation, maintaining close relationships with the Chairman, Committee Chairs and wider Board of Commissioners. You will manage the Board and Committee meetings and business, help to improve the governance framework, and lead and manage a small team of Governance Managers.

Profile

The Interim Company Secretary will be an experienced Governance professional who is capable of balancing both strategic and operational governance priorities. They will have demonstrable experience of writing high quality minutes and an understanding of the principles and practice of good governance in a publicly accountable organisation. Experience within the Public Sector and Government is preferred but not required.
