Title: Property Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £56,000 DOE
Location: Southampton
Level: 2+ PQE
I am working closely with a leading national law firm to find a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their acclaimed and personable Southampton office. The role has arisen out of an amazing stream of work and overall growth within the firm. This opportunity will give the successful Property Litigation Solicitor the opportunity to work with:
- 1954 Act renewals
- Dilapidation claims
- Break Notices
- Adverse possession
- Title Disputes
- Easements
This is a fantastic opportunity to assist Senior members of the team who are recognised for their specialism in this area on high value matters, whilst managing a caseload of Property Litigation and Property Damage work. Clients will include a number of FTSE 250 household names across a range of sectors including transport and infrastructure, leisure, energy and charities.
The ideal candidate will have gained exposure to these areas of work and has at least two year's post qualification experience. For the right candidate there are excellent chances for progression.
