Job Details
This is a senior role to set up the legal function working in close alliance with the Board. The role is primarily focused on negotiating Commercial deals and will involve IT, IP, GDPR, real estate, and also M&A. The company has an anticipated m&a spend of c.£200m for this financial year.
This is an organic role and will initially be to spearhead transactional and commercial elements of the business with a view to becoming more strategic and business focused with the possibility of hiring an additional counsel as the company portfolio grows exponentially.
Remuneration prospects are excellent, as are bonuses (up to 30% - achieved the last 3 years). The company subscribe to the work:life balance so this is a 9-5 working culture with the prospect of working 1 day/week from home.
