The Company:
Pure Search are working with a leading Financial Services institution that offers a specialist service to a diverse client base. They are now seeking a Lawyer on an interim basis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal responsibilities will include:
- Corporate/commercial advisory work.
- Provide legal support to product and development projects.
- Reviewing, drafting negotiating NDAs, third party supplier and outsourcing agreements
About You:
