This prestigious US firm is consistently ranked as one of the world’s leading advisors for M&A and has a thriving Corporate M&A team in the London market. It is looking for a September 2019 qualifier to join its Corporate M&A practice in London.

With an elite practice that covers all Corporate disciplines, you will advise clients on a broad range of complex transactions, including multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and takeovers.

To be successful in this Corporate M&A role, you will need to have excellent academics, have trained at a City firm and have at least 12 months’ evidential experience of transactional / Corporate M&A work.
