Job Details
We are working with a top-tier international firm that is seeking to welcome Pensions associates to join the market-leading team in its London office.
The work on offer within the Pensions team is corporate transactional-oriented by nature, with tasks including advising on pensions aspects of both public and private M&A, advising on pension scheme mergers, negotiating funding agreements and approaching pension liability corporates with refinancing and restructuring advice. The breadth of work on offer also results in associates delving into employment-related matters as well.
The team works on some of the most high-quality and complex pensions matters in the market considering the role is largely corporate-focussed. As such, the candidate would be working with a comprehensive client-base that will further boost professional development.
Applications are welcome from NQs that have completed a Pensions seat at a City or leading international firm in London, or an established firm in any other regional hub. Applications are welcome from those who have 6 months of post-qualified experience, but also extend to trainees who are due to qualify in September 2019.
