The successful candidate will be working on top quality transactions in the Structured Finance and Securitisation space representing investors, lenders and derivatives providers.
An associate joining this team will be working closely on matters that are driving innovative transactions and will be a key member in advising on Fintech, Backed Securities and Whole Loan Trading.
Applications are welcome from top level associates with excellent Structured Finance and Securitisation transactional experience from leading international law firms who are looking to join a market leading team.
