Job Details
We are working with firm that is undergoing expansion in the City, and it is on a recruitment drive into its Commercial Litigation team, targeting junior to mid-level associates in the process.
The team is involved in a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including contract breaches, shareholder, civil fraud and employment disputes, and other litigation-based matters that result in High Court litigation. That said, considering the breadth of work that the team undertakes, associates will also receive exposure to commercial arbitration.
The successful candidate will benefit from frequent international client interaction across a host of industry sectors, including financial and professional services, technology, and even fashion.
Applications are welcome from associates with 2-4 years of PQE, with prior commercial litigation experience gained at a renowned UK firm in London or any other regional hub. Having broad dispute resolution experience (including arbitration) is considered advantageous, but is not compulsory.
