However, despite a good reputation for real estate finance work, they acknowledge that they are missing a transactional commercial property lawyer from their ranks – they are currently referring work out to another major firm, and their obvious preference is to bring everything under one roof. They are looking for an accomplished partner to join then – a business case will be required, but additionally there will be many opportunities to tap into their existing client roster.
