Your new company
Your new company is a FTSE 100 company in the heart of London. The company has a global network of over 400 offices in over 60 countries worldwide, employing 15000 employees and handling over £550 Billion of assets. This company has state of the art offices with excellent panoramic views of the London skyline with a fantastic legal function that is looking to expand due to growth.
Your new role
You will work within an established legal team and create a high preforming culture within the team that delivers to the business and caters to its needs. You will support the business in legal contracting and compliance procedures to ensure effective contracting, procurement and negotiation of commercial contracts. You will assist the team in delivering excellent contractual documentation including drafting key documentation, standard terms and precedents.
You will work collaboratively and strategically with key teams particular the trading and procurement teams ensuring that they receive timely and efficient legal support when needed. You will play an integral part in business decisions offering solid legal strategic advice to the CEO and CFO.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE ideally ( we will consider applications outside this specification)
