We have been instructed on a new role in London at a leading US firm.
This is a commercial role involving work on IP and IT matters in addition to outsourcing transactions. There will also be involvement on technology related corporate transactions offering a good diversity of work within this thriving area.
The firm has a well-established office in London with a very strong commercial team offering high-quality and cutting-edge work to their lawyers.
The Partners are interested in hearing from candidates with between two to seven years’ PQE from a leading firm with strong commercial experience. Some prior exposure to corporate transactions is ideal, although not a pre-requisite to apply.
The firm offers US salary rates in addition to market-leading benefits, and first-class training.
This is a unique role for commercial lawyers to move into one of the elite firms in the City, and work on some of the most high-profile and interesting non-contentious IP / IT transactions within the UK and internationally.
