Job Details
An experienced Paralegal is required for a 6 month assignment with a leading accountancy firm in the City.
The ideal candidate will have Financial Services experience or of helping to run Board meeting processes.
The role will include managing board agendas and meeting packs.
Background wise, while an ICSA qualified person would be ideal, a Paralegal with an LPC or Law degree background would also be perfectly acceptable. In the absence of this, then strong organisational skills, attention to detail or Corporate Governance experience would be desirable.
Candidates should be dynamic, be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
On offer is a competitive day rate and the ability to work with a market leading team.
Candidates should ideally be available immediately or at short notice.
It is essential that candidates run via a Limited Company.
