We strive to provide excellent services and pride ourselves on the exciting variety of high quality work that we undertake in-house.  We have recently restructured our service to increase resilience, better align with the Council’s functions, and are now looking for highly competent, enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be one of a team of lawyers dealing with Property and Regeneration matters. You will be able to demonstrate experience of commercial property and residential (right to buy) conveyancing transactions, acquisitions and disposals and other related property regeneration work. You will have good drafting skills and an eye for detail. You will be able to conduct your caseload with minimum supervision and will be accustomed to working at pace in a busy team.

Requirements

You must be a Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of CILEX and hold a Practising certificate.
