For a real estate lawyer, to join a global commercial real estate team which is finding that there continues to be strong investor demand in the UK market for trophy assets and the Middle East and that real estate has maintained its global investment appeal - particularly within the hospitality and leisure sector.
With an established presence in these regions, the firm's cross-border, client focused approach allows it to support significant local, national and international transactions.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally with at least 6pqe as a guideline, you will have gained experience at a well-regarded UK, US or international firm.
You will be able to provide specialist legal advice related to acquiring, financing, developing, managing, constructing, leasing and selling commercial real estate.
The practice is internationally recognised for its experience and ability to handle transactions of any complexity, as evidenced by its consistently high praise in leading international legal directories.
