THE ROLE
Within the Disputes and Investigations practice which has grown significantly over the last three years and has extensive experience of successfully resolving increasingly complex and high value commercial disputes across a wide range of sectors worldwide.
The group has expertise in financial and regulatory disputes and investigations, insurance and reinsurance disputes, tax litigation, international arbitration, contentious trusts, professional negligence, product liability, and claims against directors, shareholders and investors.
The role will see the Associate working on a range of disputes across the wider group.
ABOUT YOU
A UK qualified solicitor with 3-5pqe, strong academics and technical ability, looking to take on responsibility and develop your career in a friendly team with enthusiasm for business development.
Experience of banking and financial services disputes and some exposure to contentious regulatory matters would be helpful but is not a prerequisite.
Strong academics and technical ability.
