An opening for an experienced, well rounded Corporate Associate (2-6 years PQE) has come onto the market to join a highly ambitious and fast growing Corporate practice in Leeds. This firm have rapidly grown their Corporate practice, particularly within Venture Capital and Private Equity.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Solicitor 2-6 PQE into their flourishing Leeds office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE - However, the firm are also recruiting at the senior level in Corporate (Senior associate to Partner level candidates) so please do still feel free to apply if you've got more experience)

  • You should have first-class communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Salaries will be genuinely competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
