AVIATION FINANCE - LEADING MAGIC CIRCLE TEAM (1-5PQE)

A new opportunity has arisen for a bright and ambitious finance lawyer who is interested specialising in asset finance, in particular aviation transactions.

The team handles a range of aviation finance matters, providing advice to banks, financial institutions, airlines, and aircraft leasing companies. In addition to aviation finance, associates will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to other asset classes, including shipping and rail.

The successful incumbent will work as part of a large, well resourced team (including; 5 partners and around 30 Associates) where he, or she can expect to enjoy a hands on, varied and autonomous role. The team regularly offer client and international secondments, including secondments to the firm's Hong Kong and New York offices.

To be successful, candidates will have experience of asset finance (including some aviation finance) from an international firm, and have a very strong academics.
